·         Franchisee buys licensed rights to clone the whole business package from Sparkleminds in a specific territory backed by full training and support.

·         Invests capital, time, effort and any relevant past experience to create his business, replicated from the Sparkleminds business formula/system

·         Represent Sparkleminds in his appointed area, solicit entrepreneurs to register with him, and offers ready made business, time tested and proven business models that has been passed to them from the HO.

·         Establish own office, employs a – centre manager, lady counsellor, and a real estate executive and ensures that all of them function as a team, report effectively, and service customers properly and get the desired results.

Pre-Requisites

·         You will need to give at least 10 Hrs a week to this Opportunity and will have to head the initiative and be personally involved.

·         A dedicated easily accessible 500 Sq Ft office space in a location within your city from where most people could come for the initial free counselling sessions .The more centrally located your office the easier it would be for people to come for the above and the subsequent business discovery sessions

·         Initial investments of Rs 5 Lakhs other than office interiors and rental advance.
